ELKAM is at the petroleum conference of the Republic of Tatarstan

On the 12th of July in the Republic of Tatarstan the annual petroleum conference took place. It was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of oil discovery in Tatarstan, where the leading manufacturers presented their technologies of complicated oil production
